Instructions for ordering

  1. Fill in the number of copies for each item you wish to order and add up the total cost for all items.
  2. Add shipping cost using the chart below and total your order.
  3. Fill in your name, shipping information and contact information. (We'll only call you if we have a problem with your order.) Check the box indicating your preferred method of payment.
  4. Click the "submit" button and and print the confirmation page. When you see the confirmation page you know that your order has been submitted to us. You will not receive an email confirmation from us unless you request it in the "comments" section.
  5. If you are paying by PayPal, click "Back" to return to your order form. Click the "PayPal" button for easy payment instructions. You may use any credit card or pay by electronic check. You do not have to have and existing account with Paypal to pay with this method.
  6. Paypal will confirm your payment with an email notice.
  7. Alternate Method - you can print this form and mail it, along with a check, to:
